General Returns Policy
All merchandise sales are final.
Defective items may be returned and replaced at no charge or refunded. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges with SEAO covering outbound shipping charges.
Event attendance may be cancelled prior to the “late registration” date. A $10 cancellation fee will apply for regular monthly meetings. A $25 cancellation fee will apply for seminars. To cancel and receive a refund, please contact us as indicated below. Cancellations cannot be made on-line. No refunds will be given after the “late registration” date.
